Walter Deriso
Walter M.
"Sonny" Deriso, Jr.

     Mr. Deriso is the Chairman of Atlantic Capital Bank.  He is a retired Vice Chairman of Synovus Financial Corp. in Columbus, Georgia.  Mr. Deriso began his business career as a practicing attorney in Albany, Georgia in 1972, and was a partner in the law firm of Divine, Wilkin, Deriso, Raulerson, & Fields until 1991, when he became President of Security Bank and Trust Company of Albany, a Synovus bank.  In 1997, he was elected Vice-Chairman of the Board of Synovus, a position that he held until his retirement on February 1, 2005. 
      Mr. Deriso has served on the boards of numerous organizations including Chairman of the Georgia Bankers Association, Chairman of the Program Management Team of the Georgia Rail Passenger Program, a member of the Board of Visitors of Emory University, a Trustee of Andrew College, a Trustee of Albany State College Foundation and of Darton College Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Deerfield-Windsor School, and President of the Dougherty Rotary Club.  He currently is a member of the Board of Trustees of Emory University, a member of the board of directors of Post Properties, Chairman of the Board of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (“GRTA”), and a member of the board of directors of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
      Mr. Deriso graduated from Emory University College where he received the Marion Luther Brittain Award.  He received his J.D. with Distinction from Emory University School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Public Law (now the Emory Law Journal).  He also completed the Duke Advanced Management Program of the Fuqua School of Business.

Doug Williams
Douglas L. Williams

     Mr. Williams is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Atlantic Capital Bank and its holding company, Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. 

     From July 2003 until March 2006, Mr. Williams was Managing Director and Head of Wachovia Corporation’s International Corporate Finance Group with responsibility for Wachovia’s investment banking and corporate finance activities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.  After the merger of Wachovia and First Union in 2001 and until July 2003, he was Executive Vice President and Head of the Global Corporate Banking Division.  The Global Corporate Banking Division was comprised of over 300 banking professionals who managed corporate banking relationships within 12 specialized industry groups and four global regions.

     At Wachovia, Mr. Williams was Chief Risk Officer for all corporate, institutional, and wholesale banking activities from 2000 until the merger with First Union in late 2001.  In that role, he managed over 100 risk management professionals charged with oversight of credit, market, and operational risk in the corporate banking, international banking, capital markets, real estate finance, business banking, dealer finance, and regional commercial banking lines of business.  From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Williams was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Wachovia’s Capital Markets Division with direct management responsibility for the debt capital markets business.

     Mr. Williams was Executive Vice President and Head of Wachovia’s US Corporate Banking Division from 1997 to 1999.  He was elected a Senior Vice President and Group Executive in 1995 with responsibility for business in the Western and mid-Western states.

     Mr. Williams has served on the boards of the ABA Securities Association, The Visiting Nurse Association of Metropolitan Atlanta, and the Global Business Roundtable at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.  He is a committee member of Young Life Northwest Atlanta, serves on the boards of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Metro Atlanta YMCA and Whitefield Academy, and is an advisory member of the Administrative Committee of the Presbyterian Church in America.  He is also a member of the Buckhead Coalition. 

     Mr. Williams graduated with honors from Auburn University with a B.S.  in Finance and has completed management development programs at the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Dr. Allen
J. David Allen, DDS

     Dr. Allen is the founder and Senior and Managing Partner of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, with eight offices throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area and Athens, Georgia.  He has been a member of the Department of Surgery at the Emory School of Medicine and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1983.  He was president of the Georgia Dental Association, the DeKalb unit of The American Cancer Society, Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  He has also been a member of the American Dental Association since 1975. 
     Dr. Allen was recently elected to be the Chairman of the statewide Georgia Chamber of Commerce for 2007 and is also on their Board.  Dr. Allen attended Emory College and obtained his D.D.S. from Emory University School of Dentistry.  Dr. Allen served in the Marine Corps prior to founding his own practice in 1975.  Dr. Allen has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Emory Alumni Association, a past president of the Alumni Association of the Emory University School of Dentistry, and served as an Alumni Trustee.  He is currently a member of the Emory University Board of Trustees and a term Trustee on the Emory University Board of Trustees.  He is a Director of the Emory Healthcare Board, the Emory Children’s Center Board, and the Emory Clinic.  Dr. Allen is also a Trustee of the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Board and was a member of the Egleston Children’s Hospital Board of Directors.  He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club.

Rene M. Diaz
Rene M. Diaz

     Mr. Diaz was born in Cuba and moved to the United States as a child.  Mr. Diaz has spent his entire career with Diaz Foods, where he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1980.  He has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the outstanding Hispanic entrepreneurs in the United States.
     Mr. Diaz is currently active on several boards of directors, including Director, Inc., the Alliance Theatre, Egleston/Scottish Rite Hospital, the Latin American Association, the Carter Center, and Zoo Atlanta.  In addition, he was a founding director of United Americas Bank, Atlanta, a $160 million asset community bank focused on the Hispanic community, where he still serves.  He has also served on the boards of the Atlanta Arts Festival, UNICEF, the American Cancer Society (DeKalb), and the Atlanta Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  He received the National Adelante Award in 1996 and was recognized with the Georgia Business of the Year Award in 1995.

Brian Jones
Brian D. Jones

     A Principal and Board member, Brian Jones has over 18 years of financial institutions and investment banking experience. Prior to co-founding BankCap, Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Carreker Corporation, a publicly-traded bank-focused financial technology company, in charge of Strategy and M&A. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Jones worked for Bear Stearns in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas, where he served most recently as Senior Managing Director in its Investment Banking Group, as head of its Dallas FIG office, and as a leader of its global commercial banking practice. He began his career at Touche Ross. 
     Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and is a C.P.A.

Dorothy
Dorothy Yates Kirkley

     Ms. Kirkley is a founding partner of the law firm Kirkley & Hawker in Atlanta, Georgia.  She has over 30 years of experience in commercial and criminal litigation in both federal and state courts.  Ms. Kirkley was Chair of Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin’s Ethics Task Force and was a recipient of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Leadership Award for 2003.  She was also an award recipient of the YWCA of Greater Atlanta’s 2002 Salute Academy of Women Achievers.  Ms. Kirkley is an active member of Children’s Healthcare Foundation, where she serves as Chair of the Advocacy and Legislative Committee and is on the Advisory Board of the Health Law Partnership (HeLP) among Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and Georgia State University.
     Ms. Kirkley is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Texas and received her law degree with distinction from Emory University School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Public Law (now the Emory Law Journal).  She is a recipient of the Emory University School of Law Distinguished Alumni Award for 2001.

Robert Lanier
Robert E. Lanier

     Mr. Lanier is the chairman and CEO of REL Properties, Inc. and other affiliated real estate development firms.  He owns real estate investment properties throughout Georgia.  Mr. Lanier was in law enforcement and held political office in DeKalb County until 1990, and has served on many civic, educational, health care, historical and bank boards, including Decatur First Bank.  REL Properties, Inc.  has developed over 5,000 home sites and has worked with the Conservation Land Fund to provide almost 1,000 acres for perpetual green space.

Lee M. Sessions
Lee M. Sessions

     Mr. Sessions has over 35 years of financial, business, and civic experience.  He spent 23 years (1968-1991) in banking positions with the Citizens & Southern National Bank (now Bank of America), including Assistant to the Chairman, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of the Atlanta Bank, and a member of the Policy Committee.  In 1991, Mr. Sessions, Principal Operating Officer, a member of the Policy Committee and Director of various subsidiaries, was part of a three-member management team hired by Bank South to return it to profitability.  In September 1995, the management team negotiated the sale of Bank South to NationsBank (now Bank of America).  Since 1996, he has been a private investor while assisting various businesses and non-profit organizations.
      Mr. Sessions has served on the boards of 47 organizations, including the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Fernbank, Georgia Bankers Association, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Research Atlanta, Stone Mountain Memorial Association, Emory University Board of Visitors.  He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia.  He serves on the board of the SouthShare Foundation and the Sessions-SouthShare Fund.  He is currently Chairman Emeritus of the Georgia Tennis Foundation and a board member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, R.I.
     Mr. Sessions graduated from Vanderbilt University and attended the PMD Program at Harvard Business School.

Steven W. Smith
Steven W. Smith

     Steve Smith is a fulltime MBA student at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Most recently, he was vice president of Corporate Responsibility for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc).  Smith served as the company’s liaison to elected officials and community leaders, strategically overseeing the development and implementation of all Turner community relations and market engagement.  He also directed the review, selection and funding of community non-profit organizations through TBS, Inc.’s corporate philanthropy program.
     Prior to joining TBS, Inc., Smith was director of administrative services for Georgia Public Broadcasting.  He managed daily operations for the 200+ employee digital broadcasting company, directing procurement and purchasing, security, corporate fleet, space allocation and marketing.  From 1991 to 1997, Smith served as a principal in the Fulton County School System, responsible for supervising and implementing curriculum for students, recruiting teachers and initiating and developing partnerships with business to support school projects and programs. 
     Smith is a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta program and the Leadership Georgia program.  He serves on the boards of directors of the following organizations: Atlantic Capital Bank, Georgia Chamber of Commerce (vice president, membership), Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (Chair), 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education, University of Georgia Trustees, University of Georgia Alumni Association, Metro Atlanta Arts & Culture Coalition, Metro Atlanta YMCA, 191 Club and the Atlanta Business League. He was appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue to the 2006 Independent Redistricting Task Force, and has been appointed by Mayor Shirley Franklin to her Atlanta Arts & Cultural Funding Task Force.
     Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Georgia, and a master’s degree in Educational Management, also from the University of Georgia.  He also completed an Ed.S in Educational Management from Troy University.

Chilton Varner Davis
Chilton Davis Varner

      Chilton Davis Varner became King & Spalding’s first female litigation partner in 1983 and the first female partner to serve on the firm’s Management Committee in 1996.  She is the senior partner in the firm’s product liability practice.  She has lectured and published frequently in the legal and medical literature on issues relevant to her practice, including tort liability, international law, attorney-client privilege and pharmaceutical law. 
      Ms. Varner serves on the Board of Trustees of Emory University.  She is an officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Symphony.  Ms. Varner also serves on the board of publicly-held Brown & Brown Insurance.  In 2007, she received the Lettie Pate Whitehead Award from the Board of Directors Network, honoring achievements and accomplishments of Georgia women serving on corporate boards of directors.
       Ms. Varner and her husband Morgan, also a lawyer in Atlanta, have a daughter, Ashley Varner, who is an oncology social worker at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

John F. Ward
Jack F. Ward

       Jack Ward served as chairman and chief executive officer of Russell Corporation, a $1.4 billion international sporting goods company, from April 1998 until August 2006.  Ward began his career with Procter & Gamble and H.J. Heinz and joined the L’eggs division of Hanes Corporation in 1972.  In 1992, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Sara Lee Corporation, the acquirer of Hanes Corporation, and named Chief Executive Officer of the multi-billion dollar Hanes Group of companies in 1993.
        Ward is a member of The Board of Directors for the Atlantic Capital Bank.  He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, the Board of Trustees for Salem College, the Board of Councilors of The Carter Center, the Board of Governors for The Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility, and the Foundation Board for the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.
       Ward has served on a number of Boards of Directors for public and private corporations and was a past chairman of the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA).  In 2004, he was on of the 10 national business leaders recognized by the Diversity Best Practices and Business Women’s network for his outstanding commitment to diversity.  He is a frequent speaker on the subjects of ethics, diversity and corporate responsibility.  Currently he serves as Executive-in-Residence for The Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility for the J. Mack Robinson School of Business, Georgia State University.

Janet Boyst
Janet C. Boyst

Ms. Boyst is the Executive Vice President of Atlantic Capital Bank overseeing the Bank’s Operations and Technology division. 
    Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Boyst was a senior vice president/group executive of Wachovia Corporation where she worked for 32 years.  In her role at Wachovia, she served as the Director of Electronic Payment Services with operational responsibility for the bank’s wholesale treasury management products including ACH, Wire Transfer, web-based Information Reporting, EDI, Integrated Payables/Receivables, Controlled Disbursement, Account Reconciliation, and International Correspondent payment operations. 
     Ms. Boyst served on the NACHA Board of Directors from 1994 to 2008.  She was named vice chairman in 1998 and served as chairman of the board from 2000-2003.  She also served as chairman of the NACHA Government Advisory Council.  Ms. Boyst has served on the Western Payments Alliance Board of Directors and the Electronic Payments Network Board of Directors.
     Janet is a native of Roanoke, Virginia, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

John Coffin
John C. Coffin

       Mr. Coffin is the Executive Vice President and Banking Group Executive of Atlantic Capital Bank.  He oversees the Bank’s corporate and business banking division.  Mr. Coffin’s background includes commercial, capital markets and corporate banking experience.  Before becoming an officer of the Company, he spent ten years at Wachovia Bank, most recently in the position of Senior Vice President and Atlanta Commercial Banking Team Leader. Prior to this role, he was the Head of the Business Services Corporate Banking Group following Wachovia’s merger with First Union.
       From 1996 through 2001, he held other sales management and origination roles, with client coverage responsibility throughout the Southeast. 
        Prior to joining Wachovia in 1996, Mr. Coffin worked in New York in the Media and Telecommunications Group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank (through these two mergers).
          Mr. Coffin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Dartmouth College.  He received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, with a Finance and International Business concentration.

Pat Hickey
Patrick T. Hickey, Jr.

       Mr. Hickey is the Executive Vice President and Real Estate Finance Group Executive of Atlantic Capital Bank.   He oversees the Bank’s commercial real estate banking line of business.  Mr. Hickey brings 22 years of experience to Atlantic Capital in the commercial real estate industry. His background includes commercial real estate lending, real estate development, real estate risk management, client management/ investor relations responsibilities, and real estate investment banking research.   
        Before joining the Bank, Mr. Hickey served as Vice President at Cousins Properties Incorporated, a public real estate investment trust (REIT) that actively develops commercial real estate. 
        Prior to joining Cousins, Mr. Hickey was employed by The Westminster Schools for two years as the Director of Major Gifts.  Prior to Westminster, Mr. Hickey was a research analyst at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, where for over two years he wrote and published sell-side research coverage on publicly traded REITs and real estate companies. 
        Prior to joining Robinson-Humphrey, Mr. Hickey worked for Wachovia Bank or its predecessors for 15 years. There he held positions as a commercial real estate lender, commercial real estate risk officer, corporate risk officer, and as the manager of the Large Corporate Commercial Real Estate Lending Group. 
        Mr. Hickey earned a BA in Finance from the University of Georgia and received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia.  He is a native of Atlanta.

Anita Hill
Anita M. Hill

       Ms. Hill is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Atlantic Capital Bank. She manages all human capital activities within the bank, including recruiting, compensation, employee and organizational development, performance management and employee relations.
        Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Hill worked for ten years at Wachovia Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. There she served as Senior Vice President within the Corporate and Investment Banking group’s Human Resource Business Partner team.  As a member of Wachovia’s human resources leadership team she served as head of Learning & Development and was a member of the Division’s Diversity Council and Human Capital Strategy Committee.  She also served on the Performance Management Committee and as an internal Executive Coach. 
        Prior to joining Wachovia, Ms. Hill served as a consultant with the Risk Management Association (RMA) and was in Commercial Banking with the former Bank South, now Bank of America.
        Ms. Hill graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Political Science.  She is a native of Georgia.

Rich Oglsby
Richard A. Oglesby, Jr.

       Mr. Oglesby is the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Atlantic Capital Bank.  He is responsible for all credit, market, operating and compliance risks within the Bank.  Prior to joining the Company, he worked in Atlanta for Wachovia Bank for 20 years.  After starting on the management associate program, Mr. Oglesby’s career included experience in retail banking, business banking, as well as positions in a broad variety of risk management functions.  Prior to Wachovia’s merger with First Union, Mr. Oglesby was the head of risk management for all of Wachovia’s capital markets businesses.  Since the merger in 2001, he served as a Managing Director within the Corporate and Investment Banking group’s risk management team.  Most recently, he served as the chief credit officer of the Capital Finance Division which included asset-based lending and equipment finance activities as well as First Union Rail.  Additionally, Mr. Oglesby served as the senior risk officer for the private equity business within the investment bank.
     Mr. Oglesby is a member of the Boards of Trustees at Columbia Theological Seminary and Agnes Scott College. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with a BA in Economics. Mr. Oglesby is a native of Atlanta.

Kurt Shreiner
Kurt A. Shreiner

       Mr. Shreiner is the Executive Vice President and Corporate Financial Services Group Executive of Atlantic Capital Bank.  He has 20 years of experience in client and credit management with a diverse international and domestic background.
       From 2002-2005 Mr. Shreiner served as the Managing Director and Group Head for Wachovia Securities’ Continental European Group.  In that role, he supervised strategic direction, financial performance and client management of the corporate and investment banking team responsible for European corporations and their subsidiaries.  He has extensive experience working with the European corporate market and with U.S.-based subsidiaries of global clients.  He also worked as the Managing Director and Group Head for Wachovia Securities’ International Corporate Finance Portfolio from 2001 to 2003.
        Prior to his work with Wachovia in Atlanta, Mr. Shreiner led the bank’s London branch during its transition from representative office to corporate banking branch.  As the General Manager, he was responsible for setting market strategies for European corporate banking business and was the primary contact for UK and US bank regulators. 
       Mr. Shreiner graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.

Carol Tiarsmith
Carol H. Tiarsmith

      Mrs. Tiarsmith is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Atlantic Capital Bank.  Mrs. Tiarsmith has over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting, principally involving financial institutions. 
       Mrs. Tiarsmith most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Real Estate Financial Services and Southern Banking Group of Wachovia Bank, Atlanta, Georgia.  There she managed teams of finance professionals who provided strategic and financial support to executives who were responsible for Wachovia’s Commercial Real Estate Lending franchise as well as the Southern Division of the General Bank.
       Prior to joining Wachovia in 2004, Mrs. Tiarsmith worked at SouthTrust Bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Management Accounting responsible for Profitability, Planning, and Financial Analysis.  Throughout her career with SouthTrust, she held various finance and accounting positions including Director of Performance Management, Controller, and Cost Accounting Manager.
       Mrs. Tiarsmith received a BS in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.  She attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Center for Creative Leadership, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Peter Blum
Peter Blum

       Peter Blum is a Senior Vice President for Atlantic Capital Bank, responsible for commercial real estate loan originations.  Mr. Blum joined Atlantic Capital Bank in July of 2007 and brings 16 years of banking and commercial real estate lending experience with him.  He was most recently with Bank of America as a Senior Credit Officer for the southeast commercial real estate lending division.  Mr. Blum has also worked for two real estate developers; one in Texas primarily developing multifamily apartment communities, and the other in Washington, DC in the development of high-rise office and multi-family projects.
       Mr. Blum received his Masters of Business Administration from Clemson University in 1992 and his B.S. in Construction Management and B.E.D. in Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1984.

Sandy Bowen
Richard E.S. (Sandy) Bowen

         Sandy Bowen is Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Atlantic Capital Bank.  He has 18 years of experience serving the financial needs of corporate customers. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank
Mr. Bowen worked as a Senior Commercial Banker at RBC Centura Bank, where he focused on Atlanta-based middle market companies.
        Mr. Bowen graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a member of The Cathedral of Christ the King, The Nine O’Clocks, and the Capital City Club, and has participated in organizations such as Junior Achievement, The Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and The American Cancer Society (Relay For Life).

Brakebill, William
William R. Brakebill, Jr.

       William Brakebill is an Assistant Vice President in the Private and Professional Financial Services Group at Atlantic Capital Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked in Bank of America’s Premier Banking and Investments group as a client manager working directly with high net worth families and their business entities. In his six year career at Bank of America he held positions in the consumer bank as a personal banker, a small business specialist and an assistant branch manager. 
       Mr. Brakebill, a native of Memphis, TN, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Tennessee.  He is an active member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, the Shepherd Center Society, the High Museum Wine Auction Committee, the Capital City Club and the Shepherd Cup Golf Committee.

Bob Cancelliere
Robert Cancelliere

       Robert Cancelliere is a Senior Vice President for Atlantic Capital Bank, where he is responsible for real estate loan origination, credit and loan syndications. Mr. Cancelliere joined Atlantic Capital Bank in April of 2007 after three years as Managing Director of FFI Real Estate USA, an affiliate of Nurnberger Insurance Group. Beginning in May of 2002 Mr. Cancelliere served as Director at WestWind Capital Partners, a German real estate advisory company, after serving as Senior Vice President and Real Estate Specialist in the Loan Syndicates Group of Wachovia Securities, Inc.  Mr. Cancelliere joined Wachovia in 1997 as a Relationship Manager in Wachovia’s Large Corporate Real Estate Finance Group and also served as the Risk Manager for Wachovia’s REIT portfolio. Mr. Cancelliere joined Wachovia after five years with Forest City Ratner Companies, where he served as the Vice President of Finance.
       Mr. Cancelliere received a M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment at New York University and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is active in the Atlanta community.

Ashley Carson
Ashley C. Carson

        Ashley Carson is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Group at Atlantic Capital Bank. In addition, to managing her portfolio of clients, Ashley focuses on expanding the non-profit and emerging growth portfolio for the bank.
      Ms. Carson has 10 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Carson worked as a Relationship Manager in Wachovia’s Business Banking Group focusing on local non-profit and for-profit businesses in Atlanta. She completed Wachovia’s Corporate and Investment Banking Training Program and worked as an Associate Relationship Manager in Wachovia’s Business and Consumer Services Corporate Banking Group. Ms. Carson began her banking career at CIBC Oppenheimer working on the Fixed Income Derivatives desk in New York.
      An active member of the business and civic community, Ms. Carson is a member of the Atlanta Midtown Rotary, the Georgia Society of Association Executives and a committed volunteer at Trinity School. She is an alumnus of the Georgia 100/Acheiva Program, the Coca Cola Diversity Leadership Academy has previously sat on the Steering Committee for Girls Incorporated and the Entrepreneurship Institute of Atlanta Advisory Board.
      Originally, from Greenwich Connecticut, Ashley received her B.A. from Northwestern University in 1995, and her MBA for the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in 2000.

Clell Deaver
F. McClellan (Clell) Deaver, III 

          Clell Deaver is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Atlantic Capital Bank. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, risk management and corporate banking.  Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Mr. Deaver spent 14 years of his career at SunTrust Bank. He most recently held the position of Managing Director in the Financial Services and Technology Group.
     Mr. Deaver earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Deaver is active in various civic activities and serves as a ruling elder of Intown Community Church.

Chris Deisley
J. Christopher Deisley

      Chris Deisley is Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Atlantic Capital Bank. He has over 23 years of professional experience banking businesses in the middle to large corporate markets. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Mr. Deisley served as a Client Manager for SunTrust’s Corporate & Investment Banking and Middle Market Banking units. There he specialized in helping clients raise capital in the public and private debt and equity markets.
      Mr. Deisley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at Dickinson College. He is Vice Chairman of the Executives for Children campaign for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and a member of Atlanta Classic Foundation, Inc., the Piedmont Driving Club, and Northside United Methodist Church. He is active with the softball program at NYO.

Walt Deriso
Walter M. Deriso, III

     Walt Deriso is a Senior Vice President in the Private and Professional Financial Services group at Atlantic Capital Bank.  He has ten years of financial services experience.  Before joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Mr. Deriso spent eight years at Synovus in the Family Asset Management group, an ultra affluent family office practice. Most recently he served as Director of Relationship Management overseeing sales and client management of private banking, financial planning, investment, trust & estate and risk management.      
     Mr. Deriso, a native of Albany, Georgia, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He received a Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in Investment and Real Estate, from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Mr. Deriso is a member of the administrative board at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and is active in various civic organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Boys and Girls Club, the Georgia Conservancy, the Nature Conservancy, and Autism Speaks.

Fishman, Lora
Lora G. Fishman

Ms. Lora Fishman, CFP® is a Senior Vice President in the Private and Professional Financial Services Group at Atlantic Capital Bank, which provides private banking services to principals of the bank’s corporate clients and established Georgia families. 
        Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Fishman spent 20 years with Wachovia Bank. She began her career in 1988 on the Management Associate Training Program and held Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager positions.  In 1993, she joined the Private Banking division and for next 15 years served her client base of high net worth families, private foundations and professional firms as a relationship manager. 
        Ms. Fishman received a bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee in 1988.  In 2002, she completed the Certified Financial Planner Program and received her CFP designation.  She has been actively involved as a volunteer and fundraiser for the Shepherd Center.

Hadley Garges
Hadley E. Heaton

        Hadley Heaton is an Assistant Vice President in the Private and Professional Financial Services Group at Atlantic Capital Bank. She has over five years of experience assisting private individuals with their global financial and banking needs. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Heaton was employed by Flag Bank, RBC Centura Bank, and the Merrill Lynch Private Client Group, where she held positions in both private financial services and business banking. She has experience in branch management and bank operations, portfolio management and credit analysis.
        Ms. Heaton is a native of Atlanta, GA and graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. She is an active member of the Atlanta Humane Society, Nature Conservancy, the United Way and Hospice Atlanta.

Brian Harper

        Brian Harper is Vice President of Business Banking and Community Development at Atlantic Capital Bank. He has over 20 years of banking and lending experience. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Mr. Harper was a Commercial Lender with Security Bank of North Fulton. He previously held positions as a Business Banker with BB&T and a Senior Analyst with First Virginia Bank. 
        Mr. Harper graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce. He is the treasurer for the Rotary Club of Dunwoody, an active member at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, and has participated with organizations such as Junior Achievement and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Ed Jenkins
Edward K. Jenkins

        Ed Jenkins is Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Atlantic Capital Bank.  He has 19 years of experience banking small and medium size businesses and their owners. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Mr. Jenkins was First Vice President of Commercial Banking at SunTrust Bank. There he specialized in serving business clients with annual sales of $10MM to $100MM.  Prior to his work at SunTrust, Mr. Jenkins worked in corporate banking at Wachovia Bank as well as a number of roles within Wachovia and its predecessor, First Atlanta.
        Mr. Jenkins graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. He coaches youth sports teams at Briarlake Baptist Church, and has volunteered with the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and CureSearch.

Dave Kochamba
David J. Kochamba

        David J. Kochamba is a Relationship Support Specialist in Atlantic Capital Bank’s Private and Professional Financial Services group.  He has two years of experience assisting individuals and small businesses with their banking needs.  Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Mr. Kochamba was employed as an Assistant Branch Manager by Washington Mutual, where he gained experience in retail branch management, sales, and operations.

Mr. Kochamba graduated from Clemson University with a BA in History.  He is an active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, the Atlanta Clemson Club, and the Brain Tumor Foundation of Georgia.

Anne Markette

       Ms. Anne Markette, CFP® is a Senior Vice President in the Private and Professional Financial Services Group at Atlantic Capital Bank. Her background includes over 20 years of retail and private banking experience.  Before joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Markette spent 13 years at Wachovia and was a Managing Director in the bank’s Wealth Management Group. Ms. Markette also spent time in Wachovia’s Private Banking Risk Management Group.
       Ms. Markette began her banking career in 1984 at the Citizens and Southern National Bank and later managed retail locations for the bank. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank in 2007, she spent four years working for the Foundation at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta as a Senior Development Officer.
       Ms. Markette, a native of Americus, Georgia, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Agnes Scott College and is a Certified Financial Planner. Ms. Markette is active in various civic organizations, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Agnes Scott College.

Dorothy Moore
Dorothy C. Moore

        Dorothy Moore is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Services.  Ms. Moore comes to Atlantic Capital Bank with over thirty years of experience in international banking and treasury services.   She recently retired from Wachovia where she was a Senior Vice President and Senior Treasury Services Officer responsible for consultative selling to municipalities, Georgia State Agencies,  school systems, not-for-profits, union locals and a select group of law firms in the Metropolitan Atlanta area.      
         Ms. Moore holds a BA degree from Georgia State University and has participated in numerous international banking and treasury services workshops and seminars throughout her career.  Ms. Moore is active in the Atlanta community and focuses her civic involvement on educational issues.

John T. Seeds

         John Seeds is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Atlantic Capital Bank. He has over 20 years of banking experience working with companies of all sizes to target and reach their strategic capital raising initiatives. He most recently served as a senior client manager in Wachovia’s International Corporate Finance practice group.
         Mr. Seeds earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford and completed the requirements for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2001. Mr. Seeds is an elder at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta and has been involved in numerous civic organizations in Atlanta.
